Heather Childress was named the UMO Female Athlete of the Week after helping the Trojans to a 4-0 week with the weekend sweep over USC Aiken and Millersville at the softball diamond. Childress had a great performance as she recorded four runs on eight hits in 12 at-bats through the four games this past weekend. The sophomore outfielder tallied four RBI, four doubles, three alone in game one against Millersville on Sunday, and three stolen bases over the weekend.
