A member of the women's basketball team, Post is an RLS Exercise Science major who holds a 3.496 GPA. Post is a starter/key reserve player for the UMO women's basketball team.
The Trojans are currently 14-6 overall, 10-4 against conference competition, and sit tied for second in the Conference Carolinas standings with Barton College. On the season, Post has tallied 73 points, 70 rebounds, 34 assists, 35 steals and one block in 505 minutes played.
Scholar-Athletes of the Month winners are nominated by University of Mount Olive faculty members and selected by a committee chaired by UMO math professor and faculty athletics representative Dr. Brenda Cates.
