The tournament follows a true double-elimination format. If both finalists are unbeaten after bracket play, they will face each other in a two-out-of-three series on the final two days. If only one finalist is unbeaten, the one-loss finalist will have to beat the unbeaten team twice to claim the championship. A change in this year's format is that instead of pre-determined match-ups, the eight teams will be seeded after the regionals are completed. Game times each day are 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Fans can follow the action all week long on the official UMO DII Baseball Tournament Central.
