FIRST QUARTER

  • Mount Olive opened the game on a tear, scoring the first goal just 1:10 into the contest on a goal by sophomore Thatcher Clark.
  • The Trojans scored four more unanswered goals in the opening quarter, including a pair of goals by senior Brett Kingston, that gave UMO a 5-0 lead after the first 15 minutes.

SECOND QUARTER

  • UMO increased its lead to seven after opening the second quarter with a goal by sophomore Brody Sullivan off an assist by junior Jacob Ball followed by a goal by Ball on a man-up opportunity.
