Men's Tennis Advances To Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Championship Match

Top-seeded and nationally 32nd-ranked University of Mount Olive recorded a pair of shutouts Friday to advance to the Championship Match of the 2015 Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Tournament at Sumter, S.C. The Trojans defeated No. 8 seed Erskine 5-0 in the first round and swept No. 4 seed Pfeiffer 5-0 in the semifinal round.

The two wins extended Mount Olive's (17-3) winning streak to 15.

Mount Olive will take on No. 2 seed Limestone Sunday at 9 a.m. for the championship. The contest is a rematch of the Championship Match of the 2012 tournament, won by Mount Olive.
