SUMTER, S.C. - The No. 1 seeded Mount Olive Trojans defeat the No. 5 seeded Lions of Emmanuel College 4-0 on Saturday morning in the semifinals of the Conference Carolinas Men's Tennis Championship Tournament at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C.

INSIDE THE RESULTS
- The Trojans started things off taking two of the three doubles points to take a 1-0 match lead into singles.
- The No. 9 nationally-ranked duo of Armando Ferreira and Milosh Petrovic made quick work of the No. 1 doubles flight winning 6-0.
- Teammates Martin Moser and Pablo Safont Ferrer followed suit with a 6-1 win over the Lions No. 2 pair.
- Mount Olive's No. 1, 3, and 5 singles matches finished in quick fashion to win the match with a 4-0 sweep.
- Petrovic finished first with a 6-2, 6-0 win in the third flight while his doubles partner Ferreira finished up next with a 6-1, 6-2 win in the top flight.
- Safont Ferrer clinched the match with his 7-6 (8-6), 6-3 win in the No. 5 flight, sending the Trojans to the championship match for the first time since 2017.
