Trojans Wrap-Up At JCSU Invitational

University of Mount Olive men's and women's track and field teams finished up competition at the Johnson C. Smith University Invitational this past weekend. One Trojan broke a Mount Olive school record in the discus.

Nick Greyno broke his own school record in the discus. Greyno's throw of 45.16m broke the old record of 43.30m from 2015. Jonathan Dahlke moved into fourth place all-time in the 800m with a time of 1:57.07

Kelsey Valentine moved into second place all-time in the steeplechase with a time of 11:35.49. Valentine picked up a new personal best as she had a time of 11:50.41 previously in the steeplechase. Valentine also moved into fifth place all-time in the 1500m with a time of 4:59.50.

Ayanna King moved into fourth place all-time in the 100m.

Mount Olive will compete in the Elon and Duke invitationals next weekend.
