Nancy Chapman Cassell Field

Nancy Chapman Cassell Field is the home for the Trojan softball team. The field is named for Nancy Chapman Cassell, sister of former University of Mount Olive athletics director Dr. Mac Cassell.  Numerous enhancements have been made, including the addition of lights, construction of "The Best Dugouts" (through a contribution from Best Used Cars), and construction of a two-story field house, which includes coaches' offices, storage room, press box, and a concession stand. The field also has a brick bench behind home plate flanked by bleachers on each side, as well as a raised bleacher overlooking the centerfield fence. In 2016, a batting cage was added behind the right-field fence.
