SNOW HILL, North Carolina – Senior Johanna Andersson carded a two-over par round to lead Mount Olive to an individual medal title and team win after the final round of the Cutter Creek Invitational at the Cutter Creek Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon.

The Trojans, who played in their first tournament of the season, finished atop the field with a 308-308=616 team score. UMO placed all golfers inside the top-10.
Trojan Leaders
J. Andersson jumped up two spots in the final round to win the tournament with a 75-74-149. Linn Andersson, who led the team after the first round dropped two strokes off her first-round score to end the tournament with a 74-76=150.
Linn Bergman and Lindsey Burton tied for seventh to round out the Trojan team card shooting 81 and 78 respectively in the final round.
Up Next: Mount Olive will head to Hilton Head, S.C. to compete in the Battle @ Old South scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21-22.
