Women's Golf Sits First After Opening Round Of Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate

MYRTLE BEACH, South Carolina – Senior Johanna Andersson carded a 73 to lead the pack and the University of Mount Olive to a tie of first after the first round of the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate at the Panthers Run Golf Links on Monday.
 
Tournament Information
The Trojans, are coming off a top-10 finish at the Battle @ Old South, sit in a tie atop the field with a 302 team score. UMO's team of Johanna Andersson, Linn Andersson, Lindsey Burton, and Linn Bergman all placed inside the top-20.
 
Trojan Leaders
J. Andersson is the tournament lead after her 73 in the first round. Linn Andersson and Burton both concluded with a 74 to be in a tie for 2nd and Bergman shot an 81 to round out the Trojans in the top-20 as she sits t-16.
