Mount Olive, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive opened up at the new Ray McDonald Sr Track & Field/Lacrosse Complex with a 17-6 win over Coker College in NCAA Division II women's lacrosse action on Saturday afternoon in Mount Olive, N.C.

FIRST HALF
- UMO wasted no time scoring the first goal at the new Ray McDonald Complex as Kiara Burke found the back of the net just 14 seconds into the opening half.
- Coker stopped a 4-0 Mount Olive run with a goal by Marabeth Durden with 18:15 remaining in the half.
- The Trojans finished the first half on a 5-0 run with goals by Kali Cook-Grisewood (2) Caitlin Sabadish, Micheala Ciciarelli, and Kelly Young.
SECOND HALF
- Coker fought back to begin the second half as Faith Kent scored with 27:45.
- UMO responded as the Trojans finished the game outscoring the Cobras 8-to-4.

- Saffron Snethen and Kali Cook-Grisewood led the Trojans with a hat trick apiece.
