Charlotte, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive women's lacrosse team fell to No. 8 Queens University (N.C.), 20-9, in non-conference action on Wednesday evening in Charlotte, N.C.

FIRST HALF

  • Queens opened the scoring with a goal just 4:44 into the opening half by Alexandra Bruder.
  • The Trojans tied the contest with a goal by senior Saffron Snethen at 23:33.
  • After the Royals retook the lead, UMO answered with a goal by freshman Kiara Burke off an assist from Snethen at 21:27, tying the game at two.
