SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The University of Mount Olive women's lacrosse team defeated the Valkyries of Converse College 24-4 in Conference Carolinas action in Spartanburg, S.C. Jordan Shughrue and Jackie Kaderabek each tallied six goals in the contest to lead the Trojan attack.

FIRST HALF
- Converse opened up the game scoring the first three goals of the contest as they held a 3-0 lead by the 21:51 mark.
- Mount Olive responded by scoring 16 unanswered goals as they held a 13 point lead at halftime.
- Jordan Shughrue and Jackie Kaderabek went off in the opening half scoring five goals apiece.
- Kelly Young and Michaela Ciciarelli added two goals each while Amanda Berger and Kiara Burke each scored one.
SECOND HALF
- The Trojans dominated the second half of play scoring eight goals and only allowing the Valkyries to score one.
