SPARKS, MD. – The No. 24 Mount Olive Trojans fell to the Tars of No. 8 Rollins College 14-6 in non-conference action at Tierney Field, the US Lacrosse National Headquarters, in Sparks, Md. Jackie Kaderabek led the Trojans with two of Mount Olive's six goals.

FIRST HALF
- Rollins found the scoreboard first in the sixth minute of action on an unassisted shot with 23:24 on the clock and put up a second goal less than a minute later (22:33) to take a 2-0 lead.
- Kelly Young found the back of the net for the Trojans' first goal of the game at the 22:04 mark of the first half to close the Tars lead to one.
- Over the next seven minutes, Rollins scored a trio of goals, two off of free position attempts, to go up 5-1 before the clock hit 15 minutes remaining in the first half.
- Freshman Meaghan Michaud put up the Trojans second goal at 13:35 following a pass from Kiara Burke, which closed the gap to a three-goal differential.
- Another three-goal run by Rollins gave the Tars an 8-2 lead as the clock neared the five-minute mark.
- The Trojans got the last word as Jackie Kaderabek connected on a free position shot as the two teams entered halftime with the Tars leading 8-3.
SECOND HALF
- Rollins scored the opening goal of the second half, but Tiffany Lee responded with a goal less than 50 seconds later putting the score at 9-4 with 27 minutes still to play.
- RC scored their 10th goal of the game in the 39th minute of action on a free position shot, however, Kaderabek closed the gap to five goals as she scored the fifth Trojan goal on an assisted pass from Young at 18:23.
- Four unanswered goals by the Tars opened up a nine-goal difference, 14-5, as the clock approached four minutes left in regulation.
- Mount Olive found one final goal as Skylar Grady connected with the back of the net with 39 seconds in the game as Rollins took the 14-6 win over the Trojans.
KEY STATS
- Jackie Kaderabek led the Trojans with two goals on six shots, four on goal, and two groundballs.
- Kelly Young, Meaghan Michaud, Tiffany Lee, and Skylar Grady each recorded goals in the game, while Young and Kiara Burke assisted on a goal each.
