First Half
- Mount Olive and Hampton came out of the gate firing on all cylinders as both teams combined for 13 shots in the first 38 minutes.
- A foul in the box against UMO allowed the Pirates a penalty kick opportunity, an opportunity they did not miss as Hampton took a 1-0 lead.
Second Half
- UMO battled back to find the equalizing goal in the 84th minute as Kaylee Larson found the back of the net to tie the match at one.
- Hampton did not allow the tie to last as under 10 seconds later the Pirates regained the lead for good.
