Women's Tennis Season Ends With 5-0 Loss To Top-Seeded Erskine In Conference Tournament Semifinal

Fifth-seeded University of Mount Olive had its season come to an end Saturday as the Trojans fell to defending champion and top-seeded Erskine College 5-0 in the semifinal round of the 2014 Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Tournament Saturday at Sumter, S.C. The match was the final collegiate contest for the Trojans' lone senior Samara Paldinho.

Mount Olive (12-6) fell behind 3-0 after doubles play and Erskine (17-5) clinched the team win with straight-set wins at Nos. 4 and 5 singles.
