University of Mount Olive won two of three doubles matches, but Pfeiffer rallied to sweep singles play and defeat the Trojans 7-2 in Conference Carolinas women's tennis Monday at Misenheimer, N.C. Three of the singles matches went three sets.

Mount Olive (7-3 overall, 3-2 Conference Carolinas) led 2-1 after doubles play as Francesca Ceppi and Roxanne Chouinard won 9-7 at No. 1 doubles and Paulina Delgado and Jennifer Byrd posted an 8-6 win at No. 3 doubles.

Mount Olive is right back in action Tuesday as the Trojans travel to Belmont, N.C., to take on Belmont Abbey in a Conference Carolinas match-up. Match time is 1 p.m.
