Mount Olive, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive women's tennis team dropped a match to Francis Marion University, 9-0, at the John Neal Walker Tennis Center in Mount Olive, N.C.

INSIDE THE RESULTS
- In doubles play, the senior duo of Stella Di Michele and Alejandra Hernandez pushed the No. 21 doubles pair in the nation in Francis Marion's Samantha Koelliker and Marie Krueger to the brink, but could not pull out the victory in an 8-4 win at No. 1 for the Patriots.
- The Patriots captured wins at No. 2 and 3 doubles by 8-2 and 8-0 scores, respectively.
- Facing off again at No. 1 singles, Di Michele challenged Koelliker, but could not secure the win in Koelliker's 6-0, 7-5 win.
