SUMTER, S.C. - No. 4 Mount Olive defeated the No. 1 Saints of Limestone College on Saturday afternoon in the semifinals of the Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Championship Tournament at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C.

INSIDE THE RESULTS
- The Trojans took the early 1-0 lead after winning the doubles point.
- Lina Maria Alarcon and Arianna Orozco won the No. 1 doubles flight 6-3, while Deike Schipper and Carmen Espinos took the No. 2 doubles flight 7-5.
- Limestone opened up singles action with a win in the No. 5 flight to tie the match score at one point each.
- Mount Olive responded with three singles wins at the No. 1, 3, and 6 flights to clinch the match and upset the No. 1 seeded Saints.
- Arianna Orozco starting things off at the No. 3 flight with a 6-0, 6-1 win. She was followed by Ece Yuksel, who won the No. 1 flight 6-2, 6-1.
- Maria Impalea clinched the victory with her 6-4, 6-2 win at the No. 6 flight.
