Rebecca Farnsley finished in 21st as the University of Mount Olive took 17th at the NCAA DII Women's Cross Country Southeast Regional in Montevallo, Al. Saturday afternoon. The Trojans Placed second in the Conference Carolinas Championship back on Nov. 7.
Bailee Henry finished 40th with a time of 24:16.57. Kelsey Valentine finished 76th with a time of 25:00.64. Anaelia Figueroa finished 156th with a time of 27:55.93. Logan Shirley finished 164th at 28:42.40. Karina Ordonez finished 174 at 29:57.58 Shania Riffle took 175th to round out the Mount Olive runners with a time of 29:57.66.
Mount Olive as a team took 17th overall with a total time of 2:09:26.92 with an average finish time of 25:53.39. The Trojans finished 3rd out of six Conference Carolinas teams. The highest finish for the Trojans was a 2nd place finish at the Conference Carolinas tournament.
